Councilor Hopkins was for months saying that there needed to be transparency and he wanted to give answers to the people in his district. Now he's towing the line of keeping everything secret. What changed, who else has changed their opinion on the tax assessor issue, and why? 

The tax assessor doesn't understand how the law works, and what he's asking auto dealers and auto repair shops in regard to dealer plates and repair plates. He's asking for the businesses to give him information that doesn't exist in an effort to overcharge more on taxes. Great Job Ken!
